Recommended Action/Motion: Pursuant to Air Quality Management District Regulation 1, Appendix A, Section I(e), the Air Quality Management District Board delegates the authority to hear appeals of the actions of the Air Pollution Control Officer related to CEQA to the Air Quality Management District Hearing Board.
