(b) Discussion and Possible Action Regarding the Formation of an Ad Hoc Committee on the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) Requirements for the Ukiah Valley Basin
Recommended Action/Motion: Form an ad hoc committee comprised of First District Supervisor Carre Brown and Second District Supervisor John McCowen, directing said ad hoc to review SGMA requirements for the Ukiah Valley Basin and participate in a SGMA coordinating committee. The ad hoc would report back to the Board of Supervisors with options for establishing a groundwater sustainability area.
