to 3 minutes per person and not more than 10 minutes for a particular subject
at the discretion of the Chair of the Board.

Recommended Action/Motion: Approve the ad hoc committee

Recommended Action/Motion: (1) Adopt the resolution certifying the
final EIR; (2) Introduce and Waive Reading of an Ordinance Adding Chapter 9.41
of Title 9 of the Mendocino County Code entitled "Single-use Carryout Bags
by Retail Establishments."
