Recommended Action/Motion: That the Board of Supervisors accepts
the report of the Chief Executive Officer.
Recommended Action/Motion: It is recommended that the Board of
Supervisors approve the Executive Office recommendations as presented for the
2012/2013 Final Budget.

of Resolution Authorizing the Deletion / Addition / FTE Changes of Positions;
the Movement of Positions Between Budget Units; and the Adoption of Master

the Various Offices of the County of Mendocino (Sponsors: Human Resources and

Recommended Action/Motion: It is recommended that the Board of
Supervisors adopt Resolution authorizing the deletion, addition and FTE changes
of positions; the movement of positions between Budget Units; and the adoption
of Master Position Allocation Table for Fiscal Year 2012-13 Budget Providing
for the Number and Compensation of Officers, Deputies and Employees in the
Various Offices of the County of Mendocino, and authorize Chair to sign same.

of Agreement with Financial Marketing Concepts, Inc. for the Potential Receipts
of Small Amounts in Royalties to Provide Discount Prescription Cards to the
Residents of Mendocino County and Grant Permission to Use the
Recommended Action/Motion: Approve and authorize the Board Chair to
sign the agreement with Financial Marketing Concepts, Inc. for the potential
receipts of small amounts in royalties to provide discount prescription cards
to the residents of Mendocino County and grant permission to use the Mendocino
County Seal on prescription cards, private label County web site and other
correspondence related to the program in
Fiscal Year 2012/2013; and authorize the HHSA Director to sign any future
amendments to the agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount.

of Agreement with the State of California, Department of Public Health,
Emergency Preparedness Office in the Amount of $374,747 to Provide
Medical/Health Disaster Preparedness Training, Equipment and Supplies for Health and Human Services Agency, Public Health and all
Public/Private Medical Partners in Fiscal Year 2012/2013
Recommended Action/Motion: Approve and authorize the Board Chair to
sign agreement with the State of California, Department of Public Health, Emergency
preparedness Office in the amount of $374,747 to provide medical/health

of Resolution Approving Parcel Map for Minor Subdivision No. MS 11-2006
(Travis) and Accepting on Behalf of the Public, Items (A) and (C) of the
Owner's Statement as Designated on the Parcel Map for the Purposes Specified Thereon, Excepting Therefrom and Specifically
Rejecting Items (B) and (D) of the Owner's Statement, Until Such Time as Said
Items are Accepted by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors, Located in Covelo
on the South Side of Foothill Boulevard (CR 337A), Approximately ¼ Mile West of
Its Intersection with Airport Road (CR 337B) (Covelo Area)
Recommended Action/Motion: By Resolution, approve the Parcel Map
for Minor Subdivision No. MS 11-2006, authorize the Clerk of the Board to sign
said Parcel Map authorizing its filing, and accepting on behalf of the public,
Items (A) and (C) of the Owner's Statement and as designated on the Parcel Map
for the purposes specified thereon, excepting therefrom and specifically
rejecting, Items (B) and (D) of the Owner's Statement, until such time as said
items are accepted by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors. Direct the Clerk
of the Board to deliver the map to the Recorder for further processing and
recording.
Recommended Action/Motion: By Minute Order, authorize the Board
Chair to sign the Notice of Completion and direct the Clerk of the Board to
file the Notice of Completion for DOT Contract No. 100026 with the County
Recorder.
