The Mendocino County Board of Supervisors meets concurrently as the Board

Library District; Mendocino County Public Facilities Corporation; Mendocino
County Water Agency; and the Board of Supervisors Acting as the Governing Board
of the Successor Agency for the Redevelopment Agency of the County of Mendocino.

BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS
Recommended Action/Motion: Adopt a resolution granting permission
for the Mendocino County Fair and Apple Show to hold a parade on Sunday,
September 15, 2013 between 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. along Highway 128 in
Boonville, and authorize the Clerk of the Board to forward copies of the
resolution to the District Permit Coordinator, Caltrans (Eureka), the
California Highway Patrol, and the Fair Manager.

Amendment to Board of Supervisor's Agreement Number 13-001 with City of Ukiah
Increasing Agreement Amount by $16,642 to Reflect the Reconciliation of
Anticipated Carry-Over Funds from Year One to Complete the 2011 Sustainable Communities Planning Grant Agreement
Objectives for Fiscal Year 2012-2013
Recommended Action/Motion: Approve and authorize the Board Chair to
sign amendment to Board of Supervisor's agreement number 13-001 with City of
Ukiah increasing agreement amount by $16,642 to reflect the reconciliation of
anticipated carry-over funds from year one to complete the grant agreement
objectives for fiscal year 2012-2013; and authorize the HHSA Director to sign any
future amendments to the agreement that do not affect the annual maximum
amount.
